Quality education begins with quality teachers….

First and foremost, they need to be strong Christians who actively live out their faith. They should have a love for children and have experience working with them. Although many of our current teachers do not have a college education, they are dedicated to providing quality education where the students can pass the government exams. 

Currently, we are putting one of our teachers through teacher's college. We are working towards offering this opportunity to as many of our staff as possible.

Monthly Salary: $90-$165 depending on role

Food Hampers: $700 per month for entire staff

Transportation: $50 per month for staff members requiring transportation
